Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Method & Carrier
Orders are shipped via standard ground carriers within the United States. A tracking number is provided by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Time (Transit)
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within the continental United States.

Total Estimated Delivery Time
From order placement to delivery, please allow 6–11 business days in total, combining processing and transit time.

Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. The shipping cost shown at checkout is final — no hidden fees are added afterward.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also track your order anytime via our Track Your Order page.

Delays
While we do our best to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, or high order volume. We'll notify you if a significant delay occurs.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, or your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier.
